Keep the idea.
Keep its history.
1id1 is an independent repository and identification service operated by Wuming Pan. It publishes research papers and is being developed for knowledge objects created through human and AI collaboration.
The first collection brings together two papers from the Token Space research programme. Every paper is available without an account, alongside its source archive, citation and machine-readable metadata.
Identifiers and versions
An object identifier has the form 1id1:namespace:object-id. Adding @v1 identifies a fixed release. The initial records use the core namespace and date-based object numbers such as 20261026-0001. Former random identifiers remain aliases that redirect to the same objects. Read the identifier specification for the syntax, resolution rules and extensible metadata model.
Published version files are not silently replaced. Substantive corrections are released as a new version with a change note. An author-requested publication-imprint correction may retain its version when the scholarly content is unchanged; the record discloses the correction, checksums are updated, and the earlier files are retained in an administrative backup. Work pages can point to the latest version while retaining the earlier releases. Identifiers are not reassigned to different works.
If a work is withdrawn, its identifier and record page will be retained with a withdrawal notice, subject to applicable requirements. Files may become unavailable, but the record should continue to explain what happened.
Provenance and verification
Registration records identity and publication history. It does not certify the correctness of a claim or constitute peer review. Record pages describe the available sources, AI assistance and verification evidence.
Human review, bounded computational checks and formal proof are different forms of evidence. Where such evidence is available, its scope should be stated and its supporting material linked.
Preservation and access
Each release includes downloadable files, SHA-256 checksums and open metadata. The operator maintains the domain, storage and version registry. Source and deployment material are retained locally to support migration and recovery.
This is an independently operated service. Its identifiers express a commitment to continued maintenance; they are not a guarantee of perpetual availability.
Rights and use
Copyright remains with the authors. The initial papers are publicly accessible for reading and citation. No additional reuse licence is specified. Source availability does not by itself grant an open-source or Creative Commons licence.
Privacy
This site has no user accounts, advertising or client-side analytics. The hosting and content-delivery providers may process ordinary request information, including IP addresses, as part of delivering the service.
